R&W HOMES IS AN INTERIOR DESIGN AND REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FIRM BASED IN GREATER BOSTON, CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS, AND SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.
We specialize in revitalizing properties to be both beautiful and profitable. We purchase and redesign older homes (“home flipping”), transform interior residential and commercial spaces, and stage homes for sale. We also provide private money lending opportunities for other real estate investors.
MEET CLAUDETTE
Claudette Rowley, R&W Homes owner, real estate investor and interior designer, has a life-long passion for transformation, houses, color, and design. As early as she can remember, color and design stimulated her, drove her choices, and motivated her self-expression.
As a child, Claudette spent hours in fabric stores selecting clothing patterns and materials. While babysitting as a young teenager, she remembers analyzing home interiors and reading fashion and home décor magazines (after the kids went to bed, of course).

With 30 years of leadership and project management experience, Claudette understands the importance of building trust-based relationships with clients, acting with integrity, and communicating with compassion. Throughout her career, she has always been designing and managing projects – training and coaching programs, organizational change processes, and business cultures. Now she applies her design and project management skills to built environments.
Prior to opening R&W Homes, Claudette owned a leadership development and culture change consultancy. With a graduate degree in Social Work and 20 years of experience as an executive coach, Claudette knows how to listen deeply and take the actions that bring your visions to life.
