PRIVATE MONEY LENDING

REAL ESTATE INVESTING -
WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY THE WHOLE HOUSE

through Private Money Lending (PML)

WE lOVE HELPING PEOPLE MAKE MORE MONEY THROUGH OUR PRIVATE LENDING OPPORTUNITIES.

Real estate can be an exciting way to diversify your portfolio - but purchasing and managing an entire property is a lot of work.

Now you can invest in real estate rehab and resell opportunities at a level that feels comfortable for you.  Your initial investment can range anywhere from $5K to $500K, and you’ll have many investment opportunities to choose from.

Private Money Lending (PML) offers you the opportunity to leverage your existing resources at a higher interest rate than many traditional investment vehicles.  Depending on the investment, you could enjoy returns of 10% or higher.

HOW DOES PML WORK?

  • We buy distressed (but vetted) houses with great potential

  • We then rehab and transform the homes into something beautiful, updated, and ready to sell at top dollar

  • To buy these houses, we leverage funds from Private Money Lenders

  • Our private investors earn anywhere from 10%-15% interest on their investment

  • We go through a formal closing and secure your investment with a mortgage and promissory note

  • Investment opportunities typically last from 6-12 months

  •  The private lender will always receive a minimum amount of 6 months interest on any investment if a house sells faster than that

  •  The minimum investment amount is $5,000

WHAT IS INVOLVED FOR THE PRIVATE INVESTORS?

Not much!  This is an investment similar to a CD (certificate of deposit). We will agree on the terms (investment amount, interest rate, duration) and use secure agreements to close the deal.

After that, there’s nothing to do except receive the check with your return from your investment.
